First, to login to your account control panel you may use any of the following:
(replace 'yourdomain.com' with your own domain name):
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
http://www.yourdomain.com:2082
https://www.yourdomain.com:2083
(data encrypted, click yes to the warning if you do not have a valid security certificate installed).
Until your domain name goes live, you may also use your server IP address as mentioned in the welcome email:
e.g. http://123.43.34.321/cpanel (replace 123.43.34.321 with the IP address stated in your welcome email).
Your Control Panel will ask you for a username and password. Please use the username and password e-mailed to you after you registered. NOTE: The password is CaSe SenSiTiVe , so you will need to enter it exactly as it appears.If you are unable to access your control panel or it times out please check for the following:
Firewall - If you are behind a firewall make sure you have access on the following ports: Cpanel 2082(2083), Webmail 2095, SMTP 25, POP 110, FTP 21
SoftWare - If you are running a program such as Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security or Black Ice make sure it is configured to allow access on the above ports.
